Money Management Workshops-‘Building Native Communities, Financial Skills for Families’ curriculum to enable community members to realize their traditional values by learning financial skills that will help each person make informed financial decisions for themselves, their family, and their community.

Homeownership Workshops- ‘Pathways Home, A Native Homeownership Guide’ Curriculum using easy-to-follow text presenting homebuyer education from pre-homeownership budgeting to post-purchase maintenance. Building on Native values as the foundation, this material introduces critical homeownership skills through “real world” situations in Native communities.

HUD Section 184 Loan Guarantee Program-The Office of Native American Program (ONAP)’s Office of Loan Guarantee (OLG), which administers the program, is currently partnering with over 200 lender offices and 130 tribes that are committed to making homeownership a reality for Native Americans.Loan 184

First Time Homebuyers Program- assist tribal members in purchasing their first home providing home buying education, personal finance counseling, assistance in property identification, appraisal, purchase price negotiation, and completion of required inspections. The program goals are to assist in mortgage pre-approval, down payment assistance and support throughout the home purchase process.
